This service allows your tenants to pay their rent or other related fees electronically. These fees can be paid electronically over the Internet, over the phone, or by automatic withdrawals. All transactions will automatically be deposited in your bank account.

Cost of the service

You are charged nothing to register for this service. Tenantplus will charge you on a per transaction basis. For each transaction that Tenantplus deposits in your bank account, it will deduct a set-percentage fee that is set out in the "Terms and Conditions" contract entered into between you and Tenantplus at the time of registration. There are NO registration fees, NO annual fees, and NO membership fees

Minimum time and effort

The process is not difficult and can be accomplished rather quickly. First, register yourself as a property owner/manager on the Tenantplus' web site. Next, register each of your properties. Then proceed to register all units within those properties that you wish to pay rent electronically. Each of these units will then be assigned a security code within the Tenantplus database. Finally, just supply those security codes to each occupying tenant and wait for their rents to be automatically deposited in your bank account!

No commitments

There is NO commitment on your part. You are free to terminate this service at any time. Your participation is completely voluntary.

Pay rent to multiple properties all under one account

With the Tenantplus Online Rent payment system, you can activate and pay rent to multiple units all under one account. You can do all the following all under one account:

• Pay rent for a loved one
• Pay rent for your son or daughter in college
• Pay rent for a friend in the military

When your account is setup you receive a personal security access code, using this access code you can then activate your online rent payment account. Every unit has a unique security code. Your security code or PIN is also a measure to keep your individual account information private and secure.

Each unit activated under this account has it own payment ledger, billing and message alerts. Tenantplus will transfer all electronic tenant payments attributable to your properties into this account via an Automated Clearing House (ACH) system presently used by Tenantplus.
